- Our role as Merchant of Record
LADY PA LTD (the “Company”, “we”, “us”, “our”) acts as the Merchant of Record for transactions completed on bazootoon.com (the “Site”). This means that the Company receives customer orders and payments and is the contractual counterparty for purchases made through the Site.
Notwithstanding the above, the Company does not manufacture, keep inventory of, or ship physical products. All physical products offered on the Site are provided exclusively on a made-to-order basis (print-on-demand / on-demand production). Physical items are manufactured only after an order has been placed and accepted.
When you place an order on the Site, the Company accepts your order and payment and then submits a production and delivery request to the relevant third-party fulfilment partner so that the partner can manufacture and dispatch the product you selected.
