  1. General principle

When you purchase artwork on our site, you receive a non-exclusive licence that permits you to use the relevant design within the scope of the licence selected at checkout. The licence selected during checkout determines the permitted type of use and any applicable quantity limits.

Any use that is not expressly authorised by the applicable licence is prohibited.

  1. Personal Licence

2.1 Permitted use

The Personal Licence is limited to private, non-commercial use only. Under this licence, you may use the artwork:

  • for personal printing and home décor;
  • on personal items, including clothing and accessories;
  • for private gifts.

2.2 Prohibited use

Under the Personal Licence, you must not:

  • use the artwork for any business or commercial purpose;
  • sell or resell products that incorporate the artwork;
  • produce items for sale in any quantity;
  • use the artwork for advertising, promotion, or branding;
  • use the artwork for mass production or print runs;
  • use the artwork as a logo or brand identifier;
  • sublicence, transfer, or redistribute the artwork.

Production for sale is not permitted at all under a Personal Licence.

  1. Commercial Licence

3.1 Intended use

The Commercial Licence is intended for business and professional use, including commercial projects and small to medium businesses.

3.2 Permitted use

Under the Commercial Licence, you may use the artwork:

  • on websites, social media, and marketing materials;
  • on packaging and printed products;
  • in products that are offered for sale.

3.3 Production limit

The Commercial Licence permits production of up to 10,000 physical items in total.

3.4 Key restrictions

The Commercial Licence remains non-exclusive. In addition:

  • the artwork may not be used as a logo or trademark;
  • the artwork itself may not be resold or redistributed as a file or standalone asset;
  • sublicensing or transfer is not allowed unless expressly stated.
  1. Enterprise Licence

4.1 Intended use

The Enterprise Licence is designed for large-scale commercial use, including brands, agencies, and large organisations, and may support long-term projects and multi-channel exploitation.

4.2 Permitted use and scale

The Enterprise Licence allows large-scale commercial use across multiple channels, including mass production and ongoing projects.

4.3 Production limit

There is no fixed limit on the number of physical items unless otherwise stated at checkout.

4.4 Additional rights (where expressly stated)

Depending on the specific Enterprise Licence selected, it may also allow:

  • use by multiple teams or clients;
  • sublicensing or extended rights, where expressly stated.

4.5 Ownership and exclusivity

The licence remains non-exclusive, and ownership of the artwork does not transfer.

  1. General restrictions applicable to all licences

Regardless of the licence type selected, you may not:

  • claim ownership of the artwork or designs;
  • use the artwork as a logo, trademark, or brand identifier (unless expressly permitted);
  • redistribute, sell, or share the artwork files themselves;
  • use the artwork in unlawful, misleading, or deceptive ways;
  • imply endorsement, sponsorship, or affiliation with any brand or rights holder;
  • use the artwork in pornographic, defamatory, or illegal content.

All rights not expressly granted remain with the Company or its licensors.
