Welcome to our license hub.

Here you’ll find details about the rights and usage of our graphic works, so you can choose the license that fits your needs best.

License Types & Usage Rights

We offer three licensing tiers—from purely personal enjoyment to large-scale commercial production. Each license gives you clear rights to use our artwork while protecting both you and the creator.

Personal Graphic Work License

Best for: individuals, hobbyists, collectors, home decorators.

You can:

  • Download and keep the artwork for your own private use.
  • Print it for wall art, gifts, or digital avatars.
  • Enjoy it without any resale or commercial activity.

You cannot:

  • Sell, share, or give the file to others.
  • Use it in any product or service that earns income.
  • Transfer the license to someone else.

A simple, one-person license for private enjoyment only.

Commercial Graphic Work License

Best for: small businesses, content creators, marketing campaigns.

You can:

  • Use the artwork in digital spaces—websites, social media ads, blogs, apps, e-books, email marketing.
  • Print it on up to 10,000 physical copies—product packaging, stationery, posters, merchandise, flyers, etc.
  • Include it in local advertising like billboards, shop signs, or event materials.

You cannot:

  • Exceed 10,000 total printed copies.
  • Transfer or sublicense the artwork to other companies or partners.

Ideal for growing brands and online shops that need wider reach without unlimited scale.

Enterprise Graphic Work License

Best for: major brands, agencies, TV and film producers, franchisors.

You can:

  • Use the artwork in film, TV, streaming, advertising, or any broadcast with no audience limits.
  • Print and distribute unlimited copies worldwide.
  • Incorporate the artwork into franchised products or mass-produced goods.
  • Grant sublicenses when needed for large projects or partnerships.

You cannot:

  • Breach the general restrictions that apply to all licenses (see below).

Gives full commercial freedom for global campaigns and unlimited reproduction.

Restrictions That Apply to All Licenses

No matter which license you choose, the following always apply:

  • Do not modify or adapt the artwork beyond the permitted scope.
  • Do not use images in contexts that are offensive, pornographic, defamatory, political, illegal, or misleading.
  • Do not resell or redistribute the files, post them in searchable galleries, or make them downloadable for others.
  • Do not use the artwork as a trademark, logo, or other brand identity without a separate trademark licence.
  • Do not falsely claim you created the artwork.

These safeguards protect both you and the creators from legal complications.

Other Key Points

Single-Seat Use: All licenses are non-exclusive and non-transferable. Only you (the named person or your company) may use the purchased content.

Taxes: Prices exclude VAT or other applicable taxes. You are responsible for paying any taxes required in your location.

Warranties & Liability: The artwork is provided “as is.” COMPANY guarantees it has the rights to license the content but is not liable for:

  • How you use the artwork,
  • Indirect damages or lost profits,
  • Issues caused by modifications you make.

Legal Framework: This agreement is governed by the laws of England and Wales. Any disputes will be resolved in the courts of England and Wales, unless both parties mutually choose arbitration in London under the Arbitration Act 1996.
